Is public author registration open?

No. Public author registration is not officially enabled at this moment. Selected authors with a strong portfolio can contact us for manual review.

Which categories are currently accepted?

At this moment, SprukoMarket is accepting selected submissions for Themes & Templates and Code categories only.

Does exclusivity apply to my whole account?

No. Exclusivity applies per item, not per account. You may have some exclusive items and some non-exclusive items.

When are payouts processed?

Eligible author payouts are processed once every month on the 15th. A minimum payout balance of $100 is required.

Before registering as an author on SprukoMarket, please carefully read this summary. By continuing with author registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Your author account and all author activities are governed by the SprukoMarket Author Terms & Conditions and applicable platform policies.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration, identity, tax, and payout information whenever required.
You must own, or have the full legal rights and permissions to upload, license, distribute, and sell the content you submit on the platform.
You are solely responsible for the items, files, descriptions, licenses, and other content you upload as an author.
You grant SprukoMarket the rights necessary to host, review, display, market, distribute, and enable the sale or licensing of your items through the marketplace.
Your items must comply with all applicable laws, copyright rules, intellectual property requirements, submission standards, and SprukoMarket policies.
Author earnings, fees, deductions, payout timing, payout methods, taxes, and related payment conditions are subject to the Author Terms and related platform policies.
SprukoMarket may review, reject, remove, suspend, restrict, hold payouts, or terminate author access if any submitted content, account activity, or conduct violates its terms or policies.
