Overview
SprukoMarket, operated by Spruko Technologies Pvt Ltd in India, does not sell personal information for money.
However, certain U.S. state privacy laws may classify some advertising and analytics activities as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use of personal information for targeted advertising. These activities may involve cookies, device identifiers, internet activity, or similar technologies.
This page explains how eligible users can opt out of these activities and manage their privacy choices.
1. Who this page is for
This page primarily serves residents of U.S. states that provide a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain forms of profiling.
Where technically feasible, SprukoMarket may also make these privacy controls available to users outside those states.
2. What “sell” and “share” mean
We may use advertising and analytics services that set or read cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to measure website performance, understand usage, and support advertising.
Depending on the applicable law, disclosing information to these services may be considered:
- Sale: Disclosing personal information to another organization in exchange for money or another form of valuable consideration.
- Sharing: Disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- Targeted advertising: Displaying advertisements selected using information collected from a user’s activity across different websites, applications, services, or businesses.
Our current practice: We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose limited identifiers and internet activity to advertising or analytics providers in ways that could be considered sharing or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws.
These providers may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising services, or similar measurement and advertising platforms.
We do not use sensitive personal information to select or personalize advertisements.
