1. Overview

Welcome to SprukoMarket Licensing. Each product you purchase includes a clearly defined license that explains permitted use, restrictions, and responsibilities.

This End-User License (“License”) is a legal agreement between SprukoMarket (“Spruko”, “we”, or “Company”), the Author, and the purchaser (“Licensee”, “you”).

Licensing Summary
  • You receive a license to use the product, not ownership.
  • Source files are included and may be customized for allowed use.
  • Source file resale or redistribution is not allowed.
  • SaaS, subscriptions, and paid apps require an Extended License.
  • Support and updates are shown on each product page.

3. Definitions

  1. Author means the creator or rights holder listing the product.
  2. Licensee means the purchasing party.
  3. Product means any digital item sold on SprukoMarket.
  4. End Product means a customized implementation using the product.
  5. SaaS means hosted, login-based, subscription, or paid application use.

4. Grant of License & License Types

Upon purchase, Spruko grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product according to the selected license type.

  1. Personal: One personal, non-commercial project. No client work, SaaS, or revenue use.
  2. Commercial: One business or client project. No SaaS or subscription platforms.
  3. Extended: One SaaS, subscription platform, paid app, or sellable end product.

5. Authorized Rights

  1. You may customize the product for permitted end products.
  2. You may modify layouts, styles, branding, and source code.
  3. You may use source files only within your licensed project scope.
  4. You may not redistribute the product or source files separately.

6. License Limitations & Prohibited Uses

The following restrictions apply under all licenses.

  1. No source file resale: You may not resell, share, mirror, or redistribute source files.
  2. No template redistribution: You may not publish the product as a free or paid template.
  3. No generators: You may not use the product to create theme, app, or website generators.
  4. No standalone components: You may not extract and sell UI elements separately.
  5. No public repositories: Source files must not be uploaded to public repos or open file-sharing platforms.
  6. No AI/ML training: The product may not be used to train or improve AI/ML models.
  7. No unlawful use: Products may not be used in illegal, fraudulent, or infringing projects.

7. Delivery, Activation, & Verification

  1. Products are delivered digitally through your SprukoMarket account.
  2. License keys or verification may be used to validate licensed use.
  3. You may not bypass, disable, or tamper with license verification.

8. Updates & Support

  1. Support and update duration are shown on each product page.
  2. Support covers installation help and verified product issues.
  3. Custom development and third-party integrations are not included.
  4. Support is provided through the SprukoMarket Help Center.

9. Third-Party & Open-Source Components

  1. Products may include third-party or open-source components.
  2. Those components are governed by their own licenses.
  3. You are responsible for complying with third-party license terms.

10. Payments, Taxes & Refunds

  1. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
  2. Taxes may apply according to applicable law.
  3. Refunds follow SprukoMarket’s Refund Policy.

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  1. Source code and non-public materials must be protected with reasonable care.
  2. Personal data is processed according to SprukoMarket’s Privacy Policy.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPRUKOMARKET AND THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. Defence & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SprukoMarket and the Author from claims arising from:

  1. Unauthorized use or distribution of the product;
  2. Violation of this License;
  3. Unlawful or infringing use of your end product;
  4. Use by your employees, contractors, clients, or end users.

15. Compliance & Indian Law

  1. You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring your end products are lawful and compliant.

16. Term & Termination

  1. This License begins when you purchase the product.
  2. Spruko may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, fraud, or unauthorized distribution.
  3. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all product copies.

17. Force Majeure

  1. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law: Laws of India.
  2. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana.

19. Miscellaneous

  1. This License and related policies form the complete agreement.
  2. Spruko may update these terms prospectively.
  3. If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain effective.
  4. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

20. General Provisions

  1. Headings are for convenience only.
  2. By purchasing, downloading, or using the product, you confirm that you agree to this License.
  3. All official support is handled through the SprukoMarket Help Center.
