1. Overview
This 3D Files License applies to 3D-related digital Products purchased or downloaded from SprukoMarket, including 3D models, textures, materials, rigs, scenes, environments, animations, game assets, printable files, CAD-style assets, and editable 3D source files.
3D Products may be offered under a 3D Standard License or a 3D Extended License. The available license options are shown on the Product page.
Standard: finished rendered outputs • Extended: interactive, distributable, or physical products • no source-file resale
The 3D Extended License is required for one interactive, distributable, or physical End Product, including games, applications, AR/VR experiences, interactive 3D viewers, 3D-printed products, manufactured products, or products where the 3D asset is a primary value.
2. License Period & Access Model
3D Products may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the option shown on the Product page.
A Lifetime License gives you ongoing usage rights for the purchased Product, subject to the permissions and restrictions of the selected 3D license.
If updates are included, you may access available updates released by the Author while the Product remains active on SprukoMarket.
A Subscription License provides access to the Product, available updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription is active.

3D licenses grant usage rights only. Copyright ownership remains with the respective Author. Neither license allows resale or redistribution of the original 3D Product or source files.
- 3D Standard: Use in one finished visual project consisting of rendered images, videos, animations, product visualizations, marketing materials, presentations, websites, or one client visual project.
- 3D Extended: Use in one interactive, distributable, or physical End Product, including a game, application, AR/VR experience, interactive viewer, 3D-printed product, or manufactured product.
- Separate End Products: A separate license is required for every different game, application, interactive product, physical product design, client project, or unrelated End Product.
- Source Files: Editable models, textures, rigs, scenes, materials, printable files, and project files may be used only to create the licensed End Product. They may not be sold or shared separately.
- White Labeling: You may customize and brand the finished End Product under your own or your client’s brand.
5. What You Can Do (Allowed)
- Use the 3D Product in one personal, commercial, business, or client project under the selected license.
- Create finished renders, animations, product visualizations, architectural visuals, mockups, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Modify, edit, optimize, recolor, rig, animate, texture, render, combine, or adapt the 3D Product for the licensed End Product.
- Use rendered outputs on websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, advertisements, videos, and promotional materials.
- Create and deliver one finished 3D project to one client.
- White label or brand the finished project under your own or your client’s brand.
- Display rendered outputs or screenshots of the finished project in your portfolio, showreel, website, case study, or client showcase.
- Under the 3D Extended License, include the 3D Product in one game, application, AR/VR experience, interactive viewer, or other permitted real-time End Product.
- Under the 3D Extended License, create and sell or manufacture multiple units of the same licensed physical product design.
Examples (Allowed)
- Standard — Product render: Use a model, material, or scene to create one set of product visualizations or marketing renders for yourself or one client.
- Standard — Animation: Use 3D assets in one rendered advertisement, explainer video, product demo, architectural walkthrough, or animation.
- Extended — Game or application: Include the asset in one game, mobile app, desktop app, simulator, configurator, or interactive product where users cannot extract the original files.
- Extended — AR/VR: Include the asset in one augmented-reality, virtual-reality, training, simulation, or real-time experience.
- Extended — Physical product: Use the asset to create one approved 3D-printed or manufactured product design and sell multiple units of that same product.
6. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)
- No resale or redistribution of source 3D files. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, share, upload, or offer the original 3D Product, models, textures, rigs, scenes, materials, printable files, CAD files, or project files as standalone assets.
- No source-file access for end users. The finished End Product must not allow users or customers to extract, download, edit, reuse, or redistribute the original 3D files or source assets.
- No stock-asset or asset-pack resale. You may not upload or distribute the Product or modified versions as stock models, game-asset packs, texture packs, scene packs, material packs, rig packs, printable-file packs, or downloadable 3D resources.
- No superficial modifications for resale. Recoloring, resizing, optimizing, converting formats, changing textures, or making other minor changes does not allow you to resell the Product as another 3D model, asset, template, or stock item.
- No games, applications, AR/VR, or interactive use under Standard. Use the 3D Extended License when the source asset is included in a game, application, interactive viewer, configurator, AR/VR experience, simulation, or other real-time product.
- No 3D printing or manufacturing under Standard. Use the 3D Extended License for 3D-printed products, manufactured products, physical goods, prototypes supplied to customers, or commercial production.
- No multiple different End Products under one license. A separate license is required for each different game, app, interactive experience, physical product design, separately customized client project, or unrelated End Product.
- No generators or builders. You may not use the Product in a model generator, character generator, scene builder, configurator that exports source assets, automated asset-creation tool, or “create your own” service that produces separate downloadable 3D Products.
- No logo or trademark use unless expressly allowed. You may not use a 3D model, character, object, symbol, or scene as a logo, trademark, service mark, mascot, or exclusive brand identity unless the Product page permits it.
- No misleading endorsement. You may not use recognizable people, brands, logos, characters, vehicles, properties, locations, or objects in a way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or association.
- No AI training or dataset use. You may not use the 3D Product or its derivatives for AI or machine-learning training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, scraping, data mining, or model development unless the Product page expressly permits it.
- No unlawful or prohibited use. You may not use the 3D Product in unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content under applicable law and SprukoMarket policies.
7. Finished 3D Project
A Finished 3D Project is one completed render, animation, product visualization, architectural visual, advertisement, game, application, interactive experience, AR/VR project, physical product, client deliverable, or similar final work that incorporates the 3D Product and adds your own creative value.
Under the 3D Standard License, the Product must be used only to create rendered or non-interactive outputs where the original 3D asset cannot be extracted.
Under the 3D Extended License, the Product may be included in one interactive, distributable, or physical End Product. Multiple users, copies, downloads, or units of that same End Product may be permitted, but multiple different End Products require separate licenses.
8. Client Work & Delivery
- You may create one finished 3D project or End Product for one client.
- You may charge the client for modeling, customization, rendering, development, production, and delivery services.
- You may deliver rendered images, videos, animations, compiled applications, packaged games, manufactured outputs, or other permitted final deliverables.
- Source files may be delivered only when necessary for the licensed client project and only when the client agrees to the applicable license restrictions.
- The required license depends on the client’s final use. Standard applies to rendered and non-interactive outputs. Extended applies to interactive, distributable, or physical End Products.
- A separate license is required for every separate client project, interactive product, physical product design, or unrelated End Product.
- The client may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reuse the original 3D Product or source files separately.
9. Interactive, Physical & Distributed Products
The 3D Standard License covers one finished visual project consisting of rendered images, videos, animations, visualizations, presentations, marketing materials, website visuals, or client visuals where the source 3D files cannot be extracted.
The 3D Extended License is required for one game, application, AR/VR experience, interactive viewer, real-time product, 3D-printed product, manufactured product, or other End Product where the 3D asset is distributed, embedded interactively, or used to create physical goods.
Multiple users, downloads, copies, or units of the same licensed Extended End Product may be allowed. A separate license is required for every different End Product, separate client project, or separately customized product.
10. Additional License Terms
- Third-party content: Textures, HDRIs, plugins, scripts, fonts, audio, photos, references, or other third-party assets may be governed by separate license terms.
- Model, property, and trademark permissions: Additional permissions may be required when a Product includes recognizable people, private property, brands, logos, characters, vehicles, architecture, artwork, or locations.
- Ownership: The Author retains ownership of the original 3D Product and source files. You receive only the usage rights expressly granted under the selected license.
- Product-page terms: The Product page may include additional restrictions or permissions for a particular 3D Product. Any special permission must be stated expressly.
- Termination: A material breach may result in suspension or termination of the license. After termination, you must stop using, distributing, selling, or manufacturing the affected End Product until the breach is resolved or the 3D Product is removed.
This license is between you, the licensee, and the Product’s Author. SprukoMarket provides the marketplace platform and is not the owner of the Author’s Product unless SprukoMarket is identified as the Author.
