Fine Arts License

License terms for digital art, paintings, illustrations, creative artwork, collectible art, and finished art projects.

Last Updated: 01 Aug 2026

1. Overview

This Fine Arts License applies to fine-art-related digital Products purchased or downloaded from SprukoMarket, including digital art, paintings, illustrations, concept art, editorial artwork, wall art, printable art, and editable art source files.

Fine Arts Products may be offered under a Fine Arts Standard License or a Fine Arts Extended License. The available license options are shown on the Product page.

Standard: finished creative use • Extended: products sold mainly for the artwork • no source-file resale

The Fine Arts Standard License is for one finished creative project used in websites, editorial content, marketing, social media, presentations, displays, printed materials, or client work where the artwork is not sold as the main value of the final product.

The Fine Arts Extended License is required for one unique product or product line sold to customers where the artwork is a primary value, including merchandise, print-on-demand products, posters or prints for resale, and paid digital products.

2. License Period & Access Model

Fine Arts Products may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the option shown on the Product page.

A Lifetime License gives you ongoing usage rights for the purchased Product, subject to the permissions and restrictions of the selected Fine Arts License.

If updates are included, you may access available updates released by the Author while the Product remains active on SprukoMarket.

A Subscription License provides access to the Product, available updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription is active.

Fine Arts License Notes
  • Fine Arts Standard: Use in one finished creative project for websites, editorial content, presentations, marketing, social media, printed materials, displays, or one client project. The artwork must not be sold as the primary value of the final product.
  • Fine Arts Extended: Use in one unique product or product line sold to customers where the artwork is a primary value. Multiple units or copies of that same licensed product may be sold.
  • Separate Products: A separate Extended License is required for every different product, product line, artwork collection, client product, or separately customized paid product.
  • NFT / Blockchain: Minting, tokenization, blockchain collectibles, or crypto-asset use is prohibited unless the Product page expressly grants that permission.
  • Source Files: Editable, layered, and high-resolution files may be used only to create the permitted finished project or product. They may not be sold, shared, or redistributed separately.

5. What You Can Do (Allowed)

  • Use the Fine Arts Product in one personal, commercial, business, editorial, marketing, display, or client project under the selected license.
  • Create one finished creative project such as a campaign, editorial layout, presentation, website design, marketing visual, decorative display, or client deliverable.
  • Modify, crop, recolor, resize, combine, adapt, print, or display the artwork as part of the licensed finished project or product.
  • Use the artwork on websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, campaigns, and other promotional materials.
  • Use the artwork on packaging where the packaged product, rather than the artwork, is the main value purchased by the customer.
  • Create and deliver one finished creative project to one client.
  • White label or brand the finished project under your own or your client’s brand.
  • Display the finished project in your portfolio, gallery, website, case study, or client showcase.
  • Under the Fine Arts Extended License, sell multiple units or copies of the same licensed product or product line.
Examples (Allowed)
  • Standard — Marketing campaign: Use the artwork in one advertising campaign, social-media campaign, presentation, brochure, landing page, or client campaign.
  • Standard — Decorative display: Print the artwork for one office, event, exhibition, home, or client display where the printed artwork is not sold to customers.
  • Standard — Packaging: Use the artwork on packaging for another physical product when the artwork itself is not the main product being purchased.
  • Extended — Merchandise: Sell multiple units of one approved T-shirt, mug, poster, print, sticker, stationery item, or print-on-demand product using the artwork.
  • Extended — Paid digital product: Sell one unique digital print, wallpaper pack, ebook, course, or digital product where the licensed artwork is a primary value.

6. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)

  • No resale or redistribution of the original artwork. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, share, upload, or offer the original Fine Arts Product, artwork, illustration, painting, high-resolution file, layered file, or source asset as a standalone file.
  • No source-file access for customers. The final project or product must not allow customers or end users to extract, download, edit, reuse, or redistribute the original artwork or source files.
  • No stock-art or asset-pack resale. You may not upload or distribute the artwork or modified versions as stock art, illustration packs, printable packs, design bundles, collectible packs, templates, or downloadable creative resources.
  • No superficial modifications for resale. Cropping, recoloring, resizing, adding text, changing the background, or making other minor changes does not allow you to resell the artwork as a standalone artwork file, printable, template, or stock asset.
  • No merchandise or artwork-based product sales under Standard. The Fine Arts Standard License does not allow products sold mainly because of the artwork, including merchandise, print-on-demand products, posters or prints for resale, paid digital artwork, or paid downloads.
  • No multiple different products under one Extended License. A separate Extended License is required for each different product, product line, separately customized customer product, or unrelated paid creative project.
  • No NFT or blockchain use unless expressly allowed. You may not mint, tokenize, sell, or distribute the Fine Arts Product or its derivatives as an NFT, blockchain asset, digital collectible, or crypto asset unless the Product page expressly grants that right.
  • No logo or trademark use unless expressly allowed. You may not use the artwork or its distinctive elements as a logo, trademark, service mark, mascot, or exclusive brand identity unless the Product page expressly permits it.
  • No misleading endorsement. You may not use recognizable people, brands, logos, characters, properties, cultural references, or locations in a way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, or association.
  • No AI training or dataset use. You may not use the Fine Arts Product or its derivatives for AI or machine-learning training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, scraping, data mining, or model development unless the Product page expressly permits it.
  • No unlawful or prohibited use. You may not use the Fine Arts Product in unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content under applicable law and SprukoMarket policies.

7. Finished Creative Project

A Finished Creative Project is one completed design, campaign, editorial layout, presentation, website visual, printed material, display, marketing visual, client deliverable, or similar final work that incorporates the Fine Arts Product and adds your own creative value.

Under the Fine Arts Standard License, the artwork must be incorporated into the finished project and must not be the main standalone value sold to customers.

Under the Fine Arts Extended License, the artwork may be a primary value of one licensed product or product line. Multiple units or copies of that same product may be sold, but separately customized or different products require separate licenses.

8. Client Work & Delivery

  • You may create one finished creative project or licensed product for one client.
  • You may charge the client for your design, customization, production, and delivery services.
  • You may deliver flattened, exported, printed, compiled, or otherwise non-extractable final outputs to the client.
  • Editable source files may be delivered only when necessary for the licensed client project and only when the client agrees to these license restrictions.
  • The required license depends on the client’s final use. Standard applies to normal creative use; Extended applies when the artwork is a primary value of a product sold to customers.
  • A separate license is required for every separate client project, paid product, or different product line.
  • The client may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, mint, or reuse the Fine Arts Product or source files separately.

9. Merchandise, Paid Distribution & NFT Use

The Fine Arts Standard License covers normal personal, commercial, editorial, marketing, website, social-media, presentation, display, print, and client use where the artwork is not sold as the primary value of the final product.

The Fine Arts Extended License is required for one unique product or product line sold to customers where the artwork is a primary value, including merchandise, print-on-demand products, posters or prints for resale, and paid digital products. Multiple units or copies of that same licensed product may be sold.

NFT minting, tokenization, blockchain collectibles, or crypto-asset use is not included under either license unless the Product page expressly grants that permission.

10. Additional License Terms

  • Third-party content: Fonts, textures, photos, mockups, plugins, or other third-party assets included with a Fine Arts Product may be governed by separate license terms.
  • Model, property, cultural, and trademark permissions: Additional permissions may be required when a Product includes recognizable people, private property, brands, logos, characters, architecture, cultural material, or locations.
  • Ownership: The Author retains ownership of the original Fine Arts Product and source files. You receive only the usage rights expressly granted under the selected license.
  • Product-page terms: The Product page may include additional restrictions or permissions for a particular Fine Arts Product. Any special permission must be stated expressly.
  • Termination: A material breach may result in suspension or termination of the license. After termination, you must stop using, selling, or distributing the affected project or product until the breach is resolved or the Fine Arts Product is removed.

This license is between you, the licensee, and the Product’s Author. SprukoMarket provides the marketplace platform and is not the owner of the Author’s Product unless SprukoMarket is identified as the Author.
