1. Overview
This Graphics License applies to graphics-related digital Products purchased or downloaded from SprukoMarket, including icons, illustrations, vectors, mockups, UI assets, branding assets, patterns, textures, social-media kits, presentation graphics, templates, design packs, and editable design files.
Graphics Products may be offered under a Graphics Standard License or a Graphics Extended License. The available license options are shown on the Product page.
Standard: one finished design project • Extended: one product or product line sold to customers • no source-file resale
The Graphics Extended License is required for one unique product or product line sold to customers where the graphics are a primary value, including merchandise, print-on-demand products, posters, stickers, premium digital products, and similar products for sale.
2. License Period & Access Model
Graphics Products may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the option shown on the Product page.
A Lifetime License gives you ongoing usage rights for the purchased Product, subject to the permissions and restrictions of the selected Graphics License.
If updates are included, you may access available updates released by the Author while the Product remains active on SprukoMarket.
A Subscription License provides access to the Product, available updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription is active.

Examples (Allowed)
- Standard — Website or application: Use icons, illustrations, patterns, backgrounds, or mockups in one website, dashboard, landing page, or application interface.
- Standard — Client campaign: Create one social-media campaign, presentation, advertisement, brochure, or marketing campaign for one client.
- Standard — Packaging: Use graphics on packaging for another physical product where the graphic itself is not the main value purchased by the customer.
- Extended — Merchandise: Sell multiple units of one approved T-shirt, mug, poster, print, sticker, stationery item, or print-on-demand product.

6. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)
- No resale or redistribution of original graphics. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, share, upload, or offer the original Graphics Product, icons, illustrations, vectors, mockups, templates, layered files, or source assets as standalone files.
- No source-file access for customers. The final project or product must not allow customers or end users to extract, download, edit, reuse, or redistribute the original Graphics Product or source files.
- No stock-asset or asset-pack resale. You may not upload or distribute the Product or modified versions as stock graphics, icon packs, vector packs, illustration packs, mockup packs, UI kits, design packs, templates, or downloadable creative resources.
- No superficial modifications for resale. Recoloring, cropping, resizing, adding text, changing a background, or making other minor changes does not allow you to resell the Product as a standalone graphic, template, printable, stock item, or source asset.
- No merchandise or artwork-based product sales under Standard. The Graphics Standard License does not permit products sold mainly because of the graphic, including merchandise, print-on-demand products, posters, prints, stickers, paid downloads, or premium graphic products.
- No multiple different projects or products under one license. A separate license is required for every different website, application, campaign, client project, paid product, product line, or separately customized product.
- No editable templates for customer customization. You may not distribute editable templates, presentation templates, social-media templates, website templates, or design files that allow customers to extract or reuse the licensed source graphics.
- No generators or builders. You may not use the Product in a logo generator, mockup generator, design generator, template builder, “create your own” service, or automated tool that exports separate reusable graphics or source files.
- No logo or trademark use unless expressly allowed. You may not use an icon, illustration, character, symbol, or other distinctive graphic as a logo, trademark, service mark, mascot, or exclusive brand identity unless the Product page expressly permits it.
- No misleading endorsement. You may not use recognizable people, brands, logos, characters, properties, cultural references, or locations in a way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or association.
- No AI training or dataset use. You may not use the Graphics Product or its derivatives for AI or machine-learning training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, scraping, data mining, or model development unless the Product page expressly permits it.
- No unlawful or prohibited use. You may not use the Graphics Product in unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content under applicable law and SprukoMarket policies.
7. Finished Design Project
A Finished Design Project is one completed website design, application interface, advertisement, campaign, social-media design, presentation, packaging design, brochure, printed material, client deliverable, or similar final work that incorporates the Graphics Product and adds your own creative value.
Under the Graphics Standard License, the Graphics Product must be incorporated into the finished design and must not be sold as the main standalone value.
Under the Graphics Extended License, the Graphics Product may be a primary value of one licensed product or product line. Multiple units or copies of that same product may be sold, but separate products and projects require separate licenses.
8. Client Work & Delivery
- You may create one finished design project or licensed product for one client.
- You may charge the client for your design, customization, production, implementation, and delivery services.
- You may deliver flattened, exported, printed, compiled, or otherwise non-extractable final outputs to the client.
- Editable source files may be delivered only when necessary for the licensed client project and only when the client agrees to the applicable license restrictions.
- The required license depends on the client’s final use. Standard applies to normal finished-design use. Extended applies when the graphic is a primary value of a product sold to customers.
- A separate license is required for every separate client project, paid product, different product line, or separately customized product.
- The client may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reuse the original Graphics Product or source files separately.
9. Merchandise, Paid Products & Distribution
The Graphics Standard License covers one finished design project used in websites, applications, UI designs, marketing, social media, advertisements, presentations, printed materials, packaging, or one client project where the graphic is not sold as the primary value.
The Graphics Extended License is required for one product or product line sold to customers where the graphic is a primary value, including merchandise, print-on-demand products, posters, prints, stickers, stationery, and paid digital products. Multiple units or copies of that same licensed product may be sold.
A separate license is required for every different product, product line, client project, campaign, website, application, or separately customized paid product.
10. Additional License Terms
- Third-party content: Fonts, photos, icons, mockups, textures, illustrations, plugins, or other third-party assets may be governed by separate license terms.
- Model, property, and trademark permissions: Additional permissions may be required when a Product includes recognizable people, private property, brands, logos, characters, artwork, architecture, cultural material, or locations.
- Ownership: The Author retains ownership of the original Graphics Product and source files. You receive only the usage rights expressly granted under the selected license.
- Product-page terms: The Product page may include additional restrictions or permissions for a particular Graphics Product. Any special permission must be stated expressly.
- Termination: A material breach may result in suspension or termination of the license. After termination, you must stop using, selling, or distributing the affected project or product until the breach is resolved or the Graphics Product is removed.
This license is between you, the licensee, and the Product’s Author. SprukoMarket provides the marketplace platform and is not the owner of the Author’s Product unless SprukoMarket is identified as the Author.
