2. License Period & Access Model
Video Products may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the option shown on the Product page.

6. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)
- No resale or redistribution of original video assets. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, share, upload, or offer the original Video Product, footage, template, project file, preset, effect, transition, animation, overlay, or source asset as a standalone file.
- No source-file access for viewers or customers. The finished project must not allow viewers, customers, students, subscribers, or end users to extract, download, edit, reuse, or redistribute the original Video Product or source files.
- No stock-video or template-pack resale. You may not upload or distribute the Product or modified versions as stock footage, video templates, motion packs, transition packs, title packs, effect packs, preset packs, overlays, or downloadable video resources.
- No superficial modifications for resale. Trimming, recoloring, adding text, changing music, adding a logo, or making other minor changes does not allow you to resell the Product as another stock clip, template, preset, or source asset.
- No broadcast, theatrical, OTT, or paid-access use under Standard. Use the Video Extended License for television, film, theatrical release, public broadcast, OTT, paid streaming, pay-per-view, paid courses, premium downloads, or other paid-access video products.
- No multiple different video projects under one license. A separate license is required for every different advertisement, social-media video, campaign video, course, episode, film, client project, or unrelated finished production.
- No editable templates for customer customization. You may not distribute editable video templates, project files, presets, or customizable files that allow customers to reuse or extract the licensed source assets.
- No generators or builders. You may not use the Product in a video generator, automated editor, template builder, “create your own video” service, or tool that exports separate reusable footage, templates, presets, effects, or source files.
- No logo or trademark use unless expressly allowed. You may not use a distinctive Video Product element, character, animation, icon, or graphic as a logo, trademark, service mark, mascot, or exclusive brand identity unless the Product page permits it.
- No misleading endorsement. You may not use recognizable people, brands, logos, properties, artworks, locations, or other protected content in a way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or association.
- No AI training or dataset use. You may not use the Video Product or its derivatives for AI or machine-learning training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, scraping, data mining, or model development unless the Product page expressly permits it.
- No unlawful or prohibited use. You may not use the Video Product in unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content under applicable law and SprukoMarket policies.
7. Finished Video Project
A Finished Video Project is one completed and rendered advertisement, animation, presentation, social-media video, explainer, tutorial, event video, trailer, film, course, streaming production, client deliverable, or similar final work that incorporates the Video Product and adds your own creative value.
Under the Video Standard License, the Product may be used in one finished online, marketing, presentation, event, internal-business, or client video project.
Under the Video Extended License, the Product may be used in one broadcast, theatrical, OTT, paid-streaming, paid-course, premium-video, or other paid-access video project. Unlimited views or plays of that same licensed project are permitted, but different projects require separate licenses.
8. Client Work & Delivery
- You may create one finished video project for one client.
- You may charge the client for editing, customization, production, rendering, implementation, and delivery services.
- You may deliver a rendered or otherwise non-extractable final video to the client.
- Editable project files may be delivered only when necessary for the licensed client project and only when the client agrees to the applicable license restrictions.
- The required license depends on the client’s final use. Standard applies to normal online, advertising, presentation, event, and marketing use. Extended applies to broadcast, theatrical, paid-streaming, paid-course, or premium-video use.
- A separate license is required for every separate client project, advertisement, campaign video, course, episode, film, or unrelated production.
- The client may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reuse the original Video Product or source files separately.
9. Broadcast, Streaming & Paid Distribution
The Video Standard License covers one finished project used on websites, social media, YouTube, online advertising, presentations, event screens, internal business communications, marketing campaigns, or one client project.
The Video Extended License is required for one television, film, theatrical, broadcast, OTT, paid-streaming, paid-course, premium-video, pay-per-view, or other paid-access project.
Unlimited viewers, impressions, plays, or subscribers may access the same licensed finished project. A separate license is required for every different video project, episode, course, advertisement, film, or client production.
10. Additional License Terms
- Third-party content: Music, sound effects, fonts, images, footage, plugins, graphics, or other third-party assets may be governed by separate license terms.
- Model, property, music, and trademark permissions: Additional permissions may be required when a Product includes recognizable people, private property, brands, logos, artwork, music, performances, locations, or other protected content.
- Ownership: The Author retains ownership of the original Video Product and source files. You receive only the usage rights expressly granted under the selected license.
- Product-page terms: The Product page may include additional restrictions or permissions for a particular Video Product. Any special permission must be stated expressly.
- Termination: A material breach may result in suspension or termination of the license. After termination, you must stop using, publishing, broadcasting, selling, or distributing the affected project until the breach is resolved or the Video Product is removed.
This license is between you, the licensee, and the Product’s Author. SprukoMarket provides the marketplace platform and is not the owner of the Author’s Product unless SprukoMarket is identified as the Author.
