The Extended License is designed for SaaS products, subscription apps, paid hosted platforms, app-store products, and commercial software products where end users may be charged.

1. Overview

This license uses the shared License Definitions and the site-wide Master Licensing Terms. The Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Prohibited Uses also apply.

The Extended License is for one unique End Product that is sold or requires paid access.

One unique End Product • paid access or sale allowed • multiple copies of the same End Product allowed

You may use the Item to create one End Product for yourself, your business, or one client. The End Product may be sold, licensed, distributed for a fee, or offered through paid access, subscriptions, memberships, paid plans, app-store purchases, or in-app purchases. You may sell any number of copies of the same single End Product. A separate Extended License is required for every different End Product or separate client project.
Important: A client paying you for design, development, or customization services does not by itself require an Extended License. The Extended License is required when the completed End Product, or the Item-enabled functionality within it, is sold or requires payment from end users.

2. License Period & Access Model

For selected Products, this license may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the option shown on the Product page.

A Lifetime License gives you ongoing usage rights for the purchased Product, subject to the permissions and restrictions of this Extended License.

If updates are included, you may access available updates released by the Author while the Product remains active on SprukoMarket.

A Subscription License provides access to the Product, updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription is active. Subscription billing may be monthly or yearly and is available only for eligible Products.

3. What You Can Do (Allowed)

  • Create one unique End Product for yourself, your business, or one client.
  • Sell, license, or distribute the same single End Product for a fee.
  • Sell any number of copies of the same single End Product.
  • Operate one paid SaaS product, subscription platform, membership platform, paid hosted application, or paid customer portal.
  • Charge end users through subscriptions, memberships, paid plans, seats, one-time purchases, paid downloads, or in-app purchases.
  • Distribute one compiled or packaged mobile, desktop, or software application through an app store or another permitted distribution channel.
  • Charge one client for design, development, customization, implementation, or delivery services.
  • Transfer the completed End Product and this license to one client.
  • Modify, customize, combine, adapt, and extend the Item with your own code, content, services, infrastructure, and permitted third-party components.
  • Use development, testing, staging, and production environments for the same licensed End Product.
  • Allow employees and contractors working under your control to access the source files only as needed to create or maintain the licensed End Product.
  • White Labeling: Customize and rebrand the completed End Product under your own or your client’s brand.
  • Display the completed End Product in your portfolio, case studies, or client showcase.
Examples (Allowed)
  • Paid SaaS: Build one hosted CRM, HRM, analytics, project-management, or admin application that users access through paid plans.
  • Subscription platform: Build one membership or subscription application where users pay for access to the Item-enabled features.
  • Paid application: Sell one compiled mobile, desktop, or web application to multiple customers.
  • Same End Product sold multiple times: Sell multiple copies of the same completed software product without creating separately customized products for each customer.
  • Client project: Create one paid-access application for one client and transfer the completed End Product and license to that client.

4. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)

  • No multiple unique End Products. One Extended License cannot be used for multiple websites, applications, SaaS products, software products, or unrelated projects.
  • No multiple client projects. A separate license is required for every separate client project or separately customized End Product.
  • No on-demand or “create your own” products. You may not use the Item in a generator, builder, wizard, or service that allows users to create and download their own separate customized End Products.
  • No resale or redistribution of the Item. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, share, sublicense, or offer the Item or its source files as a standalone product, stock item, template, starter kit, boilerplate, or source-code package.
  • No superficial modifications for resale. You may not make minor or superficial changes and then sell or redistribute the Item as another template, theme, UI kit, component library, or stock product.
  • No separate sale or use of components. You may not extract and separately sell, distribute, or reuse pages, layouts, UI components, code modules, icons, design assets, or source files outside the licensed End Product.
  • No source-file extraction by end users. The completed End Product must not allow end users to extract, download, reuse, resell, or redistribute the Item or its source files separately.
  • No use as a logo or trademark. You may not use the Item as a logo, trademark, service mark, or brand identifier.
  • No unauthorized source sharing. Raw source files may be shared only with employees, contractors, or the approved client who need access for the licensed End Product and who are bound by these terms.
  • No unlawful use. The Item and End Product may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. End Product (Extended)

An End Product is one completed and genuinely customized website, application, software product, SaaS platform, mobile app, desktop app, customer portal, or other final product that incorporates the Item and includes your own skill, effort, content, code, integrations, or added value.

The Extended License covers one unique End Product. You may sell or distribute any number of copies of that same End Product, or allow multiple paying users to access the same End Product. You may not use one license to create multiple different or separately customized End Products.

6. Client Work & License Transfer

  • You may create one End Product for one client and charge the client for your services.
  • The required license type depends on the client’s use of the completed End Product. Use Extended when the End Product is sold or requires paid access.
  • When you transfer the completed End Product and Item source files to the client, this Extended License transfers to that client.
  • You must provide the client with a link or copy of the applicable license terms.
  • After transferring the license, you must delete your retained copies of the Item and may not reuse the same license for another project or client.
  • The client may sell or operate the same licensed End Product as permitted by this Extended License.
  • The client may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reuse the Item separately from the licensed End Product.

7. Additional License Terms

  • Third-party and open-source components: Components supplied under MIT, Apache, GPL, Creative Commons, or another third-party license remain governed by their original license terms. This Extended License applies only to the Author’s licensable work.
  • Split licensing: Where part of an Item is governed by an open-source or third-party license, that license applies to that part and this Extended License applies to the remaining parts.
  • Ownership: The Author retains ownership of the original Item. You receive only the usage rights expressly granted under this Extended License.
  • Termination: A material breach may result in suspension or termination of the license. After termination, you must stop selling, distributing, or providing paid access to the End Product until the Item is removed or the breach is otherwise resolved in writing.

This license is between you, the licensee, and the Item’s Author. SprukoMarket provides the marketplace platform and is not the owner of the Author’s Item unless SprukoMarket is identified as the Author.
