Last Updated: 01 Aug 2026

1. Overview

This license uses the shared License Definitions and the site-wide Master Licensing Terms. The Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Prohibited Uses also apply.

The Personal License is for one individual who wants to create one personal and non-commercial End Product.

One personal End Product • individual use only • non-commercial • no client or business use

You may use the Item to create one End Product for yourself only. The End Product may be used for personal learning, practice, testing, demonstrations, prototypes, hobby projects, or a personal portfolio. It must not be used for a business, employer, organization, client, customer, paid service, or any revenue-generating activity. A separate license is required for every additional End Product.
Choose another license when needed: Use the Commercial License for one business or client End Product that is free for its end users. Use the Extended License when the End Product is sold or end users pay to access or use it.

2. License Period & Access Model

For selected Products, this license may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the option shown on the Product page.

A Lifetime License gives you ongoing usage rights for the purchased Product, subject to the permissions and restrictions of this Personal License.

If updates are included, you may access available updates released by the Author while the Product remains active on SprukoMarket.

A Subscription License provides access to the Product, updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription is active.

5. End Product (Personal)

A Personal End Product is one completed, genuinely customized, non-commercial project created by the individual purchaser. Examples include a personal portfolio, learning dashboard, admin-panel demo, prototype, personal website, or hobby application.

The license covers one unique End Product. Development, testing, staging, and production environments are permitted when they all relate to that same End Product. A separate project, application, website, or unrelated deployment requires another license.

The completed End Product may be publicly accessible on one production domain, provided it remains personal and non-commercial and does not expose the Item or its source files for extraction, download, reuse, or redistribution.

6. When You Must Upgrade

  • Upgrade to a Commercial License when the End Product will be used by your business, employer, organization, or one client, and the End Product is free for its end users.
  • Upgrade to an Extended License when the End Product is sold or users pay to purchase, access, use, subscribe to, or unlock the Item-enabled End Product or its features.
  • Purchase a separate license for every additional unique End Product or client project.

7. Additional License Terms

  • Third-party and open-source components: Components supplied under MIT, Apache, GPL, Creative Commons, or another third-party license remain governed by their original license terms. This Personal License applies only to the Author’s licensable work.
  • Split licensing: Where part of an Item is governed by an open-source or third-party license, that license applies to that part and this Personal License applies to the remaining parts.
  • Ownership: The Author retains ownership of the original Item. You receive only the usage rights expressly granted under this Personal License.
  • License holder: The Personal License belongs only to the individual purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Termination: A material breach may result in suspension or termination of the license. After termination, you must stop using the Item and remove it from the End Product and your systems.

This license is between you, the licensee, and the Item’s Author. SprukoMarket provides the marketplace platform and is not the owner of the Author’s Item unless SprukoMarket is identified as the Author.
