The Commercial License is designed for individuals, freelancers, teams, and businesses creating one commercial end product or one client project.

1. Overview

This license uses the shared License Definitions and the site-wide Master Licensing Terms. If a definition or rule on this page differs from the shared definitions, this page governs for this License. The Terms of Service, AUP, and the global Prohibited Uses also apply; the stricter rule prevails.

Built for individuals, freelancers, teams, and businesses that need to create, launch, or deliver one commercial end product or one client project.

One commercial end product • one domain • client work allowed • no SaaS

The Commercial License grants a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the Item in one End Product for yourself, your business, or one client project. The completed End Product may be sold or delivered commercially, but this license is limited to one project and one domain. It does not allow SaaS, subscriptions, paid hosted platforms, login-gated commercial access, app stores, or in-app purchases. For SaaS, subscription apps, paid hosted platforms, app stores, or in-app purchases, use the Extended License. For unlimited projects and unlimited domains, use the Agency License.

2. License Period & Access Model

For selected Products, this license may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the access option shown on the Product page.

A Lifetime License gives you lifetime usage rights for the purchased product, within the permissions and restrictions of this Commercial License.

If updates are included, you can access available updates released by the author while the product remains active on SprukoMarket.

A Subscription License gives you access to the Product, updates, improvements, support, and related services while your subscription is active. Subscription billing may be monthly or yearly and is available only for eligible Products shown with subscription pricing.

3. What you can do (Allowed)

  • Create, launch, sell, or deliver one End Product for yourself, your business, or one client.
  • Use the Item on one domain for the licensed End Product.
  • Use the Item for one client project.
  • Create and sell one finished End Product, provided it is not SaaS, a subscription product, a paid hosted platform, an app-store product, or an in-app purchase product.
  • Modify, combine, and adapt the Item; integrate it with your own code and third-party services/APIs.
  • White Labeling: customize and rebrand the completed End Product under your own or your client’s brand.
  • Use across development, staging, testing, and production environments for the same licensed End Product.
  • Collaborate with up to 5 active team members within the same company, team, or legal entity who need source access for the licensed project.
  • List the project built with the Item on your website, portfolio, marketplace profile, case studies, or client showcase.
Examples (Allowed)
  • Client website: Build and deliver one branded marketing website for one client using one Commercial License.
  • Business website: Use the Item for one company website, landing page, dashboard, or admin panel on one domain.
  • Commercial end product: Create one finished downloadable or deliverable End Product that may be sold or delivered to a client, provided it is not SaaS or a paid hosted platform.
  • White-label client work: Customize the UI, branding, colors, names, logos, and layout for the completed client project.

4. What you cannot do (Restrictions)

  • No multiple projects with one license. Each additional End Product, client project, or separate commercial project requires a new Commercial License or an Agency License.
  • No multiple domains with one license. The Commercial License is limited to one domain for the licensed End Product. For unlimited domains, use the Agency License.
  • No SaaS, subscriptions, or paid hosted platforms. This license does not allow products where users pay to access a hosted app, dashboard, SaaS platform, membership area, or subscription-based service. Use the Extended License for these use cases.
  • No app stores or in-app purchases. Distribution through Apple, Google, Microsoft, or similar app stores, or products using in-app purchases, is not permitted under the Commercial License.
  • No resale or redistribution of the Item or source files. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, share, or offer the Item or its source files as-is to any third party.
  • No separate sale of UI elements. You may not separately sell, export, package, or distribute UI components, layouts, design sections, templates, or source files from the Item.
  • No stock themes, CMS templates, or derivative template kits for resale. You may not convert the Item into marketplace templates, CMS themes, UI kits, component libraries, preset packs, or design layouts for resale.
  • No online or offline generators, builders, or competing libraries. You may not create generators, builders, CLIs, wizards, SaaS tools, or competing products based on the Item.
  • No sublicensing outside your company or client delivery. Client delivery is allowed only as part of the completed End Product; clients may not extract, reuse, resell, or redistribute the Item separately.
  • No use as a trademark or logo. You may not use the Item as a trademark, service mark, logo, or brand identifier, or imply endorsement by SprukoMarket or the Author.

5. End Product (Commercial)

An End Product is a finished solution you create with genuine skill and effort, such as a deployed website, landing page, dashboard, admin panel, business website, web app interface, mobile interface, desktop interface, or packaged downloadable product that incorporates the Item and adds your own value.

Under the Commercial License, you may create one End Product and use it on one domain, provided the End Product is a finished project and does not allow users to extract, reuse, download, resell, or redistribute the original Item or its source files.

6. Client Work & Delivery

  • You may use the Item for one client project.
  • You may deliver the completed End Product to one client as part of your paid services.
  • You may customize, rebrand, and white label the completed client project.
  • The client may use the completed End Product for their business or organization.
  • The client may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reuse the Item or source files separately.
  • The Commercial License remains assigned to the original purchaser, company, team, or legal entity unless otherwise stated in writing.
Need unlimited projects or unlimited domains? Use the Agency License. Need SaaS, subscriptions, paid hosted access, app stores, or in-app purchases? Use the Extended License.

7. Additional License Terms

  • Third-party/open-source components. Some Items include parts under their own licenses, such as MIT, Apache, GPL, Creative Commons, or other open-source terms. Those parts remain governed by their original licenses. This Commercial License covers only the Author’s original work.
  • Split licensing. If parts of the Item are governed by open-source or third-party licenses, those terms continue to apply in addition to this Commercial License. See the Item’s documentation or package files for details.
  • Ownership. The Author retains ownership of the original Item and source files. You receive limited, non-exclusive usage rights under this Commercial License.
  • License holder. The Commercial License is intended for the purchasing person, company, team, or legal entity. Team usage is allowed for up to 5 active users within the same company, team, or legal entity.
  • Enforcement. Violations such as redistribution, SaaS misuse, app-store misuse, sublicensing, source-file sharing, or misuse of third-party components may result in suspension or termination of rights.

This license is between you (the licensee) and the Item’s Author. SprukoMarket provides the marketplace platform and is not the licensor.

8. Definitions

  • Commercial License: A license allowing one commercial End Product, one client project, and one domain, excluding SaaS, subscriptions, paid hosted platforms, app stores, and in-app purchases.
  • End Product: One completed, customized project that incorporates the Item and adds your own value.
  • Domain: One production website address or client domain, including development, staging, and testing environments for the same licensed End Product.
  • Client Project: One finished project delivered to a client as part of your services.
  • Single Project: One completed End Product created for yourself, your business, or one client under this license.
  • White Labeling: Customizing and rebranding the completed End Product under your own or your client’s brand.
  • Collaborators: Up to 5 active team members with source access working on the licensed End Product.
  • Subscription License: An access model that provides access, updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription remains active.
  • Lifetime License: A lifetime usage model that gives you ongoing rights to use the purchased product, within the permissions and restrictions of the selected license. If updates are included, you can access available updates released by the author while the product remains active on SprukoMarket.
