1. Overview

Use of any SprukoMarket Product is governed by the license and access model selected at purchase. Each license gives you a non-exclusive right to use the purchased Product within the limits below.

Available Licenses: Personal, Commercial, and Extended.

Choose the correct license
  • Personal: One personal, learning, demo, portfolio, or non-commercial End Product.
  • Commercial: One End Product for yourself, your business, or one client. You may charge the client for your services, but the End Product must be free for its end users.
  • Extended: One End Product that is sold or requires users to pay to access, use, or subscribe to it. This includes paid SaaS, subscriptions, memberships, paid apps, app-store products, and in-app purchases.

This page applies mainly to Themes & Templates, Code, and AI Tools. Video, Graphics, 3D Files, and Fine Arts may have separate category-specific terms.

2. License Period & Access Models

For selected Products, a license may be offered as a Lifetime License or Subscription License, as shown on the Product page.

A Lifetime License provides ongoing usage rights for the licensed End Product, subject to the permissions and restrictions of the selected license.

When updates are included, available updates may be accessed while the Product remains active on SprukoMarket.

A Subscription License provides Product access, available updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription is active.

All licenses grant usage rights only. Copyright ownership of the Product remains with its Author. The original Product, source files, components, or substantially similar versions may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, leased, or offered as a template, starter kit, stock item, or reusable source package.

Category-specific licenses: For non-code assets, review the applicable license page: Video License, Graphics License, 3D Files License, and Fine Arts License.

4. Important Difference: Client Fee vs. End-User Fee

  • A client pays you to build one website or application: Commercial License is allowed when the completed End Product is free for its end users.
  • Users pay to access, subscribe to, use, or purchase the End Product: Extended License is required.
  • A business website or online store sells separate goods or services: Commercial License is allowed when visitors do not pay to access or use the website itself.

6. Client Transfer

When you create an End Product for a client and transfer the Product or source files to that client, the license is transferred to the client together with the completed End Product.

You must inform the client of these license terms, remove your reusable copies of the Product after transfer, and purchase another license before using the Product for a different client or End Product.

7. Definitions

  • Product / Item: A digital Product obtained through SprukoMarket, including templates, code, AI tools, software, documentation, and included source files.
  • End Product: The final customized website, application, software product, platform, client project, or other completed work that incorporates the Product and requires skill and effort to create.
  • Single End Product: One unique completed End Product. A second website, application, platform, client project, or substantially different customized End Product requires another license.
  • Client: One person, company, or organization that hires you to create and deliver one End Product.
  • End User: A person or business that accesses or uses the completed End Product.
  • Free: End users do not pay to purchase, access, use, or subscribe to the End Product or the Product features included in it.
  • Sell / Sold: Sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or provide access to an End Product for any fee or charge. Charging one client for professional services and transferring one completed End Product is separately permitted under Commercial.
  • SaaS: A hosted or cloud-delivered software application accessed online. A paid SaaS, paid subscription, paid membership, or paid feature requires an Extended License.
  • Source Files: Editable or original files included with the Product, such as project files, design files, raw code, and documentation.
  • White Labeling: Customizing and rebranding the completed End Product under your own brand or one client’s brand.
  • Redistribution: Making the Product or source files available in a way that permits extraction, download, reuse, resale, sublicensing, sharing, or use outside the licensed End Product.

8. Prohibited Uses

Prohibited Uses (apply to all licenses)
Important
  • No use under an incorrect license. Extended is required when end users pay to purchase, access, use, or subscribe to the End Product or the Product features included in it.
  • No multiple End Products. A separate license is required for every additional website, application, platform, client project, or other unique End Product.
  • No resale or redistribution of the Product. You may not resell, redistribute, share, lease, license, sublicense, or offer the original or modified Product as a template, source-code item, starter kit, stock item, or reusable source package.
  • No separate sale or reuse of components. You may not extract and separately sell, share, or reuse pages, modules, UI components, layouts, artwork, code, or source assets outside the licensed End Product.
  • No generators, builders, or made-to-order services. You may not use one license to let users create separate customized websites, apps, designs, or other End Products. A separate license is required for each final customized End Product.
  • No AI or data-training use. You may not use the Product or its derivatives for AI/ML training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, scraping, data mining, or model training unless expressly allowed on the Product page.
  • No circumvention or license sharing. You may not bypass access controls or share the Product with people who are not working on the licensed End Product.

9. Existing Purchases

The license terms in effect on the purchase date apply to that purchase, unless the purchaser expressly agrees to updated terms.
