1. Overview
Use of any SprukoMarket product you purchase is governed by the license and access model you select.
Each license gives you a non-exclusive right to use the purchased Product in your own projects
or client projects, subject to the limits of the selected license and access model.
Available Licenses:
Personal,
Commercial, and
Extended.
This main license page applies mainly to
Themes & Templates, Code, and AI Tools.
Other categories such as Video, Graphics,
3D Files, and Fine Arts may have separate category-specific license terms.
If you need one personal, learning, demo, or non-commercial project, choose Personal.
If you need one commercial project or one client project, choose Commercial.
If you are building a SaaS, subscription product, paid hosted platform, app-store product, or in-app purchase product,
choose Extended.
2. License Period & Access Models
For selected products, the license may be available as a Lifetime License or a Subscription License, depending on the access option shown on the product page.
A Lifetime License gives you lifetime usage rights for the purchased product, within the permissions and restrictions of the selected license.
If updates are included, you can access available updates released by the author while the product remains active on SprukoMarket.
A Subscription License gives you access to the product, available updates, improvements, support, and related services while your subscription is active. It is available only for eligible products shown with monthly or yearly subscription pricing.
3. License Comparison
This comparison applies mainly to Themes & Templates, Code, and AI Tools. For Video, Graphics, 3D Files, and Fine Arts, please review the applicable category-specific license page.

All licenses grant usage rights only. Copyright ownership of each Product remains with the respective Author. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, share, or offer the Product or its source files as-is to any third party.
- Personal: Use for one personal, learning, demo, portfolio, or non-commercial project on one domain. Client work, paid end products, SaaS, and commercial sale are not included.
- Commercial: Use for one personal, commercial, company/internal, or client project on one domain. End users may be charged for that single end product.
- Extended: Required for one SaaS product, subscription product, paid hosted platform, app-store product, in-app purchase product, or login-gated commercial application.
- Access Models: Lifetime Licenses provide ongoing usage rights for the purchased Product. Subscription Licenses provide access, updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription remains active.
- White Labeling: You may customize and rebrand the completed End Product under your own or your client’s brand. Source files may not be resold or redistributed.
5. License Overviews

- Use one Personal License for multiple projects or multiple domains.
- Use the Product for client work, agency work, freelance work, or company projects.
- Use in an end product where end users are charged.
- Create a SaaS application, subscription product, paid hosted platform, app-store product, or in-app purchase product.
- Resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, share, or offer the Product as-is to any third party.
- Sell UI elements, components, layouts, source assets, or source files separately.
5.2. Commercial License
- One commercial end product • one domain • no SaaSUse for one end product, website, app, digital work, or client project. End users may be charged for that single end product. For each new project, you need to purchase a separate Commercial License.

5.3. Extended License
- One SaaS / app / paid hosted product allowedUse for one SaaS product, paid hosted platform, app, subscription product, or commercial software product where end users may be charged. For each separate SaaS, app, or paid hosted product, you need a separate Extended License.
Can
- Use the Product for one SaaS product, app, paid hosted platform, subscription product, or commercial software product.
- Charge end users for access to that single end product.
- Create one SaaS application, paid app, or commercial software product.
- Modify and customize the Product as needed for the licensed product.
- White label your own or client project.
- List the project built with the Product on your site or portfolio.
Can’t
- Create multiple SaaS products under one Extended License.
- Use one Extended License for multiple paid hosted platforms, apps, or subscription products.
- Resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, share, or offer the Product as-is to any third party.
- Sell UI elements, components, layouts, source assets, or source files separately.
- Create online or offline generators, builders, or derivative template kits based on the Product.
6. Definitions
- Product / Item: A digital product created or sold through SprukoMarket, including templates, code, AI tools, software, documentation, and other source files provided after purchase.
- Source Files: The editable or original files included with a Product, such as Figma, PSD, AI, Sketch, project files, raw code, or other production files, as provided by the Author.
- End Product: A website, software, app, AI tool, digital product, client project, or other final work that incorporates the Product or a modified version of the Product.
- Domain: A website address, subdomain, staging URL, client domain, or deployment URL where a permitted End Product is hosted or accessed. Personal and Commercial include one domain.
- End User: A person or business that uses or accesses the End Product. End users may be unlimited unless the selected license states otherwise.
- Client: A person, company, or organization that receives custom services or a completed End Product from you.
- SaaS: A hosted, subscription-based, login-restricted, or cloud-delivered platform where users access software functionality online, including memberships, paid subscriptions, web apps, mobile apps, and in-app purchases.
- White Labeling: Customizing and rebranding the completed End Product under your own or your client’s brand.
- Lifetime License: A Lifetime License gives you lifetime usage rights for the purchased product, within the permissions and restrictions of the selected license. If updates are included, you can access available updates released by the author while the product remains active on SprukoMarket.
- Subscription License: A license access model that provides access, updates, improvements, support, and related services while the subscription remains active.
- Redistribution: Making the Product or source files available to others in a way that allows extraction, reuse, download, resale, sublicensing, or separate use outside a permitted End Product.
7. Prohibited Uses
Prohibited Uses (apply to all licenses)
Important- No use under an incorrect license. If your use involves SaaS, subscriptions, login-gated access, app stores, or in-app purchases, you must hold an Extended license.
- No commercial use under Personal License. Personal License may not be used for client work, company projects, paid end products, SaaS, subscriptions, or any commercial sale.
- No resale or redistribution. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, license, sublicense, share, or offer the Product as-is to any third party.
- No separate sale of UI elements or source assets. You may not separately sell, export, package, or distribute UI components, layouts, design sections, code snippets, source files, or other source assets from the Product.
- No generators or builders. You may not create online or offline generators, builders, CLIs, wizards, SaaS tools, or automated creation tools based on the Product.
- No stock themes or derivative kits. You may not convert the Product into stock products, CMS themes, UI kits, component libraries, preset packs, design layouts, or asset packs for resale.
- No component extraction for separate use. You may not extract pages, modules, components, code, artwork, or UI elements for reuse outside a licensed End Product.
- No AI or data-training use. You may not use the Product or derivatives for AI/ML training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, scraping, data mining, or model training unless expressly allowed on the Product page.
- No automated scraping or bulk downloading. You may not crawl, scrape, or mass-download Products or related metadata.
- No circumvention or license sharing. You may not bypass access controls, share licenses outside permitted users, or sublicense the Product.
